Terms
Terms of use for Vokal Pay services.
These terms outline how customers, merchants and agents should use Vokal Pay, a product of Vokal Finance.
Effective July 15, 2026
Account rules written in plain language.
By registering, signing in or using Vokal Finance services, users agree to protect their account, provide truthful information, follow applicable limits and use support channels for complaints or recovery.
Eligibility and onboarding
Customers must provide accurate registration information and complete OTP, KYC or business verification steps required for the account tier or service they want to use.
Account responsibility
Customers must protect passwords, OTPs, transaction PINs, devices and recovery information. Vokal Pay will never ask for full PINs or passwords through support chat.
KYC and limits
Wallet limits, merchant access and agent tools depend on identity verification, compliance review and ongoing account risk checks.
Regulated service partners
Vokal Pay is not a deposit-taking bank. Services that require licensed or regulated rails are delivered through approved banking, payment, settlement, identity-verification and communications partners where required.
Payments, delays and reversals
Transfers, bills and collections may pass through external providers. Pending, failed, reversed or refund-review transactions are handled through Vokal Pay support and operations.
Merchant and agent use
Merchant tools, business accounts, vouchers, QR collections and agent functions are subject to approval, monitoring and removal if they are misused.
Restricted activity
Fraud, impersonation, unauthorized collections, abuse of vouchers, money laundering or prohibited merchant activity may result in account restriction.
Changes to service
Vokal Finance may update Vokal Pay features, fees, limits, security controls and supported providers as the platform evolves.
