Customers may use Vokal Pay for lawful wallet transfers, account funding, bill payments, savings, approved group contributions and support requests.
Acceptable use
This policy explains allowed use, prohibited activity and the actions Vokal Finance may take to protect customers, merchants, agents and the financial system.
Allowed use
Every user must operate only their own account, approved business profile or approved agent profile.
Customers may use Vokal Pay for lawful wallet transfers, account funding, bill payments, savings, approved group contributions and support requests.
Verified merchants may use approved tools for collections, vouchers, invoices, QR payment requests and business reporting.
Agents may use agent-only tools after approval and must follow limits, cash-handling rules, customer-care rules and transaction-record requirements.
Restricted activity
These rules apply to customers, merchants, agents, staff-assisted recovery requests and any person using Vokal Pay services.
Do not create, access, recover, transfer from or operate any account that does not belong to you or your approved business.
Do not use Vokal Pay to hide source of funds, break transactions into misleading patterns, move money for unknown third parties or bypass compliance checks.
Do not use Vokal Pay for unlawful products, scams, unauthorized financial services, stolen goods, prohibited gambling, illegal betting, weapons, exploitation or harmful activity.
Do not generate, redeem, sell or manipulate vouchers, QR requests or payment links in a way that misleads customers or avoids debit, settlement or review controls.
Do not share OTPs, PINs or passwords, use unauthorized bots, scrape services, attack systems or attempt to bypass device trust and account-security checks.
Do not threaten staff, submit false complaints, manipulate evidence or use support channels to request unauthorized money movement.
Enforcement
Restrictions are applied to protect users and prevent unauthorized or unlawful money movement.
Vokal Finance may review account behaviour, transaction records, device signals, support tickets and merchant activity when misuse is suspected.
Vokal Pay may place limits, pause transactions, disable features, freeze sensitive actions or restrict access while a review is ongoing.
Users may be asked to provide identity, business, transaction or recovery evidence through official Vokal Pay channels.
Severe or repeated violations may result in account closure, transaction reversal where permitted, law-enforcement referral or regulatory reporting.
