Vokal Pay is a wallet and collections product from Vokal Finance Limited. It is built for personal payments, merchant collections, agent workflows and customer support.
Is Vokal Pay a bank?
No. Vokal Pay is a financial technology platform, not a deposit money bank. We provide payment, wallet, identity-verification and communication services directly and/or through approved regulated partners where required.
How do I get the Vokal Pay app?
Open the download page from your phone or scan the website QR code. Android users are directed to Google Play and iPhone users are directed to the App Store search page when the store links are available.
FAQ
Wallets And Limits
Why do wallet limits differ between users?
Wallet limits depend on verification level, account type, risk controls and product rules. Users may need additional KYC checks before higher limits are available.
How do I upgrade my account tier?
Use the KYC or account-upgrade path inside the Vokal Pay app. Keep your identity information accurate and do not send private documents through public website chat or social media.
Can support manually increase my wallet balance?
No public support channel should manually change wallet balances. Sensitive balance, refund and recovery actions must go through verified support and controlled operations workflows.
FAQ
Transfers And Bills
What should I do if a transfer is pending?
Keep the transaction reference, amount, recipient details and time of the transaction. Raise a ticket from the app so support can trace the wallet and payment trail with the right context.
What should I do if airtime, data or a bill payment fails?
Keep the transaction reference and the customer number or meter details used. Support can check payment status, requery the provider where available and guide you on fulfilment or refund review.
Where can I check live service availability?
Use the service status section on the support page. It shows customer-facing availability for core Vokal Pay services without exposing provider internals.
FAQ
Security And Recovery
What should I do if my phone is lost or stolen?
Contact support immediately and use any available in-app or USSD account-lock path. Vokal Pay will require verification before account access, device trust or recovery details are changed.
Will Vokal Pay ask for my OTP, PIN or password?
No. Keep OTPs, PINs, passwords and recovery answers private. Do not share them with staff, agents, merchants, public chat tools or social media accounts.
Why can an account be restricted?
An account may be restricted after suspicious login activity, failed security checks, chargeback or complaint review, KYC issues, policy violations or compliance requirements.
FAQ
Business And Merchants
Can businesses use Vokal Pay?
Yes, verified businesses and merchants can use Vokal Pay business tools where available, including collections, QR payments, vouchers, invoices and reporting.
How are merchant issues handled?
Merchant payment issues should be reported with references, customer details relevant to the transaction and the affected business profile. Sensitive changes may require approval workflows.

FAQ
